I love my fiancee dearly, but i am possesive, jealous and suspicious. I am pushing her away, what do I do?

I am losing the love of my life because of unfounded fears and habits learned from my father. I am possessive of my g/f, jealous of flirt and have trouble letting go. I am pushing her away. I have to change. What do I do? Please someone help me.
