How to get parents to let you go to a party and stay out all night?

im 17 year old girl, a senior in high school and want to enjoy my last year of high school but my parents are very strict. i want to go to a kickback at a guys house tonight (his mom will be home around 11 but she is chill) and i don't know how to tell my parents. i know they let my brother go to parties when he was my age but i do plan to be drinking and my curfew is 11 so that doesn't give me much time to party. They also have at home alcohol test but they haven't used them yet. How can i get them let me go and extend my curfew until 12 or 1 or what is a good excuse to make them think im going to a sleepover w/o having them call the parents.
