Why do people get ferrets if they know they will get adrenal disease?
Why do people get ferrets as pets if the risk of them getting adrenal disease and an expensive surgery is so great. I read that 90% of ferrets get adrenal disease and need 1000 dollar surgery and they suffer. What is so great about ferrets that so many people want to breed and buy such an unfit animal?
