What reason could i use to force my medi-cal insurance to pay for braces?

i have really bad teeth, not aligned right and crooked, big gaps, and even some small chipped teeth.. i really want braces but medi-cal wont cover them to look better and i need some reason with details of what i should say in order for them to have to approve me for braces. thank you! =)
