How do i get to #41 monte de piedad st. cubao, QC if i take the jeepney and i'm coming from quiapo and alab?

Take a jeepney or bus going from Quiapo to Cubao. This will take the route Quezon Blvd - Lerma - Espana Blvd - E. Rodriguez route to Quezon City. Monte de Piedad is the street before E. Rodriguez merges into Aurora Blvd. The iintersecton before Monte de Piedad is New York st. about 200-300 meters away. I don't know where #41 is located. You will have to figure this out yourself.
