I Hit my Head 2 nights ago?

Ok.. i hit my head at the carnival 2 nights ago on this big metal bar...( i know i'm a klutz) and ever since its been really sore ive been taking Tylenol extra strength and its really not helping. It hurts when i touch it even a little and ive been getting dizzy lately and my visions blurring at random times what can i do to make it stop hurting? should i be concerned?
