According to Johann Tetzel, what were the requirements for obtaining effective indulgences?
I know Johann Tetzel was a Dominican monk who sold indulgence letters for the Archbishop of Mainz, and was criticized by Martin Luther. But did he have any requirements for obtaining the indulgences? Was it simply money?
