......Girl problems!!! uggh!!!?

ook so...i've never had but my bf and i have done "other things" and 2 days ago it was a little more rough then usual...i was fine yesterday and today I have bad lower stomach cramps, slight (very slight) bleeding and my is like on FIRE...especially when i pee. i'm really paranoid about it...help, someone? :( :(
