Where are all the No campaigners for Lisbon gone hurry up and get started?

all i see is Yes Yes Yes! there is no mention of any No campaign up and running. ye'd wanna hurry up with some facts please no more sensationalism cos that gives people the excuse they need to mock ye, the Treaty speaks for itself if it was explained and quoted properly. people are starting to sway..........me thinks.
