Spider bites???

I went on a conone trip for 3 days, camping out 2 of the nights in western michigan resently, as in i got back five days ago and i have several little red bumps on my right leg and a few on my arms and left leg. They itch alot and calamine lotion only helps a little bit. A friend of mine on the trip also got them on the trip and he and i are out of contact, so i dont know if they are still bothering him, but he said they were spider bites. I got them while in the conoe, they were all over our conoes. Considering we were in deep national forest we saw everything from wolf spiders to daddy long legs, even though they can't bite. Can you help me? What should I do? Are they something else that unidentifable?
