I have a 5 month old puppy and she has a problem where she leaks constantly. Does anyone have any answers?

She is a lab/husky mix. I have had her since she was about 9 weeks and she has always leaked. I have taken her to the doctor they have put her on a special diet and they have taken x-rays, they also gave her medicine that is suppose to help contract the sphincter muscle. I need help i don't know what else to do.
