Dudes. on the little packets of mustard that heinz makes, how do you know what the expiration date is?

The expiration date is on the carton, not on individual packets, but fear not: mustard has enough vinegar in it and the packets are sealed air-tight so the expiration date is probably beyond our own expiration date.
