Am i psychic this weird thing has just happened!?

it was dark and i was sitting outside having a smoke, then i saw this man watching me looking sidways he smiled at me then vanished, again a few hours later i saw a man waring a yellow coat, with his foot poking out as ower car went farward, i shouted 'watch that man!' but they couldnt see anyone. the man vanished again. what's going on?
